Assistants are ranked by their Proactive help score. Only assistants that took the test are included. Staying silent the whole time scores low, and so does sending more than three messages.
How to choose
- Turn on the notifications and the connections it needs. An assistant can only warn you about a clash it can see, so connect your email and calendar.
- Look for a fix, not just a warning. The test gives credit for offering to update the calendar.
- Watch for noise. An assistant that messages you ten times a day will get muted; the test limits it to three messages.
