PagentRequest a testRequest

Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy explains how the operator of Pagent ("we", "us") handles personal data on pagent.kagentx.com (the "site"). The site itself is public scores and quotes; the personal data we receive comes from test requests, email and analytics.

What we collect

Test requests

When you send a request with the form, or post one to /api/request, we receive:

  • the assistant's name, and its website if you give one;
  • the dimensions you'd like tested first;
  • whether you're with the company that makes it;
  • how to reach you, if you give it (for example an email address);
  • anything else you write in the notes.

With each request we also record the date and time, whether it came from the form or the API, and a short salted hash of the network address it came from. The hash is only used to limit repeated requests (five per visitor every 10 minutes). We don't store the address itself.

Email

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your message, any attachments and the usual email headers.

Visits

Our server keeps no log of visits. Our hosting and network providers (listed below) process your IP address, the address you requested and your browser's details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Google Analytics is described in its own section.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics does, as described below.

How we use it

  • To handle test requests: deciding what to test next, and telling you when results are up if you left contact details.
  • To answer email.
  • To keep out spam and repeated requests.
  • To understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve the site.

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising, and we don't publish your contact details or notes.

Service providers

We share personal data only with the providers needed to run the site:

  • Hosting and storage of requests: Fly.io, Inc. (USA). The site runs, and requests are stored, on servers in Virginia, USA.
  • Network, caching, DNS and email forwarding: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Every visit passes through Cloudflare, and it forwards mail sent to [email protected] to our mailbox.
  • Analytics: Google LLC (USA), for Google Analytics.
  • Courts and authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers are based in the USA and may process data in other countries where they operate.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC (USA), to see how the site is used. When you open a page or use a feature, your browser sends Google:

  • the page address, without its URL parameters (except the utm tags that identify campaigns) and without the part after "#", and the site that referred you;
  • browser and device type, screen size, language setting, and your IP address (Google states that it uses it only to estimate your approximate location and does not store it);
  • interactions on the page, such as scrolling and clicking links to other sites, and the time of your visit;
  • which features you use, with fixed values only: for example which assistant you opened from a list and its position there, sorting the leaderboard, opening a quote's source, copying a compare link, opening the request form, clicking our email address, and sending a request (whether it was pre-filled, whether the assistant is already listed, how many dimensions you picked, whether you're with the company, whether you left contact details, and the error code if it failed);
  • a random ID stored in a cookie, to recognise your browser on later visits.

We never send Google Analytics what you type into the request form, your contact details, your email address or the text of your messages, and we use no advertising tags. Google explains how it handles this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. To opt out, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep test requests while we need them to plan tests and follow up; they aren't deleted automatically. Copies can also stay for a limited time in backups of the server's storage. Emails stay in our mailbox until we delete them. Ask us and we'll delete yours.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply without undue delay. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us a request, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we'll point out important changes on the site.
