One day, Instinct canceled a DoorDash order that was seriously delayed, forcing me to forfeit $64. (I'd explicitly told it to cancel only if I could get a refund.)
BugOpen sourceWhen I asked for a list of places to go for date night, it pulled up two options in my neighborhood that had been closed for years.
BugOpen sourceWhile Muse was able to browse Target's website, I still had to enter personal details manually because the retailer blocked autonomous clicks at checkout.
Use caseOpen sourceIt is shockingly easy to spend money when a cute little guy is running around the internet with your credit card.
ComplaintOpen sourceIt made an attempt to access Amazon and was roundly blocked, complete with a spicy message about AI agents violating terms of service. Anyway, it found what I was looking for between OXO's own website and Walmart.
Use caseOpen sourceI don't want to live in a world where an AI agent is required to buy basic goods, just to compete with everyone else using them.
ComplaintOpen sourcealthough Muse almost could do it, it couldn't complete the final payment section without the site timing out. I ended up having to do it on my computer.
BugOpen sourcefound the best canal cruise nearby, booked it, and paid for it. I never left my chair or browsed the web. This is the future.
PraiseOpen source@Muse is running my family's admin now: ordering school lunches for the week for my kids, booking swim lanes on a schedule as they open up, budget logging, the works. It's now saving me the $200/mo in other subs. Worth it.
PraiseOpen sourceBought a flight via @Muse and it was pretty seamless, it's really damn good.
PraiseOpen source@Muse for shopping clothes has been incredible for creating a “Try on” page.
PraiseOpen sourceinstinct (@noahrshinn) found a 40% better price and booked e2e than uber intercity
ComparisonOpen sourceI've used it every day for the last 7 days, and I'm highly, highly impressed.
PraiseOpen source.@orchid_hq uses KERNEL x @agentcardhq to enable its personal ai assistant to handle any online purchase.
OtherOpen sourceTake a picture of a shopping list on the frige and order all of it from Sam's Club
Use caseOpen sourceI regret to inform you that Meta Muse sold me a blazer this morning.
Use caseOpen sourceBefore placing the order, Muse noticed I had other items in my cart and asked if I wanted to remove them. The consideration pleasantly surprised me.
PraiseOpen sourceBut showing me the searches it ran gave me confidence this was the best price.
PraiseOpen sourceI tried the same Airbnb queries that I did with Muse. It took literally an hour, I kid you not, for Instinct to respond to my aforementioned Airbnb query.
ComparisonOpen sourceI've been alpha testing muse and there's precisely one area it's useful in.... Finding things on Facebook Marketplace and haggling for me lol
Use caseOpen sourceIn a documented hands-on test, Muse shortlisted a Patagonia jacket at a discount that had already expired, apparently pulled from a batch-updated merchant catalog feed instead of live pricing.
BugOpen sourceMuse is Meta's personal AI agent that shops, emails, and books travel for you from a chat.
OtherOpen sourceTask depth. Muse opens browsers, fills forms, makes purchases, schedules lessons. Poke handles calendar, email, and scheduling. Muse's action scope is broader.
ComparisonOpen sourceIt books, it orders, it watches my inbox, it remembers everything.
PraiseOpen sourceinstinct says it can’t access so that’s why it could not placed order or can’t add to cart the food items
BugOpen sourcewatch it organize your messy audio note into a structured cart in real-time. thank me later :)
PraiseOpen sourceoverall, a pretty "autonomous" experience, and it can get jobs done w/ out much direction
PraiseOpen sourceCurrently, this family assistant connects to calendars and email to organize family schedules and keep its users updated about their days.
OtherOpen sourceFantastic. We road tripped and it found that we needed certain passes for certain countries and bought them without me going to the site.
PraiseOpen sourceFantastic. We road tripped and it found that we needed certain passes for certain countries and bought them without me going to the site.
PraiseOpen sourceSo the truth is, I’ve only used it for one day, but for work purposes, it’s been amazing. I have it responding to basic emails and set up summary reminders every hour.
PraiseOpen sourceday one and already ordering uber eats through it, you moved fast lol.
Use caseOpen sourcealso books my movie tickets and holds the booking ids and seat numbers so i just show up. nothing on amazon or flights yet but for orders the hands-off part is real

PraiseOpen sourceI just setup and it ordered me lunch, running on my own infra.
Use caseOpen sourceBuoy says passwords stay out of chat and logs. Its privacy notice lists passwords among data it may collect. Not proof of exposure.
ComplaintOpen sourceInstinct is the first one i actually hand real tasks to. It booked my family's flights end to end, orders my stuff, watches my kids' school email.
PraiseOpen sourceJust nuked my Instinct account. Tried it out for 48 hours and it does feel like the future of personal AI assistants (had it shop for new homeowners insurance, book a doctor's appointment online, search for travel, manage my LinkedIn notifications). I'm just... not yet
ComplaintOpen sourcethis is a leap forward in personal agent UX in that it works inside of my WhatsApp.
PraiseOpen sourceInstinct searched every NYC airport, found $1,073 of JetBlue credit I forgot existed, checked my already-booked hotel and told me to keep it, booked three seats together, caught JetBlue
PraiseOpen sourceI asked it to order me drunken noodles and BOOM! drunken noodles at my doorstep.
PraiseOpen sourceworks great, still some polish needed, but this is a real step toward the agent economy.
