How this report works
Assistants are ranked by their average across the Purchasing and Online task tests. Only assistants tested on both are included.
How to choose
- Make sure it shows the total and waits for you before paying. The Purchasing test fails an assistant that pays without approval.
- Check that it finishes the job. Sending you a link to do it yourself does not count as a booking in our Online task test.
- Check where it works and how it pays. Some shopping assistants need your card saved with them or are US-only; each assistant's page lists the details.
