How this report works
Included are assistants whose catalog description (checked 2026-10-26) mentions email together with a calendar, tasks, to-dos, reminders, lists or remembering. They are ranked by the average of Email replies (follow-ups), Routines (scheduled reminders) and Memory (what you told it about each application), with at least two taken. Del is included in the search but has too few scores to be ranked. Scores come from the published score sheet and are dated 2026-10-27. 3 of the 6 ranked assistants (Familiar, Ka and Nessi) carry pre-filled scores, which are placeholder estimates the site has not yet replaced with its own test runs, so treat their places as provisional.
How to choose
- Use Memory as your application tracker test: it checks that the assistant remembers what you told it, updates it when you change your mind, and lets you see and delete it.
- Check the follow-up email yourself before you rely on it: Email replies tests the right thread and a believable voice, not whether a recruiter answers.
- Remember that nothing here is built for job hunting in particular. The catalog entries describe general personal assistants, so you set up the reminders and the list of applications yourself.
Can an AI assistant remind me to follow up on a job application?
Yes, in the general sense: six assistants took our Routines or Email replies tests, which cover scheduled messages and replying on the right thread. None of the six describes a job-search feature, so the reminder is one you set up.
Which AI assistants have scores for email, routines and memory together?
Poke, Familiar and Tinynature took all three tests; Pally and Poke have the two highest averages (8.5 and 8.3) and neither is pre-filled. Familiar's scores are pre-filled, so its place is provisional.
Can it track which jobs I applied to?
Only through memory. Our Memory test checks that an assistant keeps what you tell it, updates it and lets you delete it; we do not test a dedicated tracker, so keep a spreadsheet as the record.
