They are ranked by the average of Phone calls (a real call to a business, both answers brought back, an AI disclosure when asked) and Permissions & privacy (clear about what it can access, follows your rules, lets go when you disconnect), with both taken. Our test calls a bike shop, not a clinic. The Phone calls report ranks every assistant on calls alone; this one adds privacy and keeps to assistants whose description mentions calls. Scores come from the published score sheet and are dated 2026-10-27. 1 of the 3 ranked assistants (Ask Ranger) carry pre-filled scores, which are placeholder estimates the site has not yet replaced with its own test runs, so treat their places as provisional.
