AI assistants for ADHD: reminders, goals and staying on track (features only)

Which AI assistants help with reminders and staying on track, if I forget things?

Updated · 4 assistants ranked

Seven assistants describe themselves around reminders, goals or keeping you on track; four of them have a score on our Routines or Proactive Help tests and are ranked. This is a look at features only: we test whether an assistant runs a scheduled job on time and speaks up on its own, not whether it helps with ADHD or any other condition, and it is not medical advice.

How this report works

Included are assistants whose catalog description mentions reminders, goals or keeping you on track: Caddy, Folk, Friday, Nessi, Ollie, Tinynature and Tomo (checked 2026-10-26). They are ranked by the average of Routines and Proactive Help, with at least one taken. Caddy, Folk and Tomo have neither score yet. We do not test breaking tasks into steps. Scores come from the published score sheet and are dated 2026-10-27. 2 of the 4 ranked assistants carry pre-filled scores, which are placeholder estimates the site has not yet replaced with its own test runs, so treat their places as provisional. Friday and Nessi have one test each, so their averages are thin.

How to choose

  • Look at both tests. Routines checks a 7:30am weekday briefing arrives on time all five days and takes a change on day 4; Proactive Help plants a calendar clash and checks the assistant flags it unprompted.
  • Check where the reminder arrives. Ollie is on iMessage and SMS, Tinynature on WhatsApp, iMessage and Telegram; pick the channel you actually look at.
  • Mind the volume of messages. Nessi lists no usage limit; Ollie has 50 messages a month plus 6 free a day.

Can an AI assistant remind me of things?

Yes. Four of the assistants described around reminders have a score on routines or proactive help: Ollie, Tinynature, Friday and Nessi. Those tests cover scheduled briefings and unprompted flags only.

Is this advice for people with ADHD?

No. We test product features, not health outcomes, and make no claim that any assistant helps with ADHD. Speak to a clinician about medical questions.

an AI in your pocket is now better at managing your health than your doctor, your calendar than your assistant, and your money than you.

I've tested dozens of AI agents this year. None of them remember what I said yesterday. tinyNature remembers everything and acts on it without being asked. That's a generational gap.
